I did great yesterday and today on my temporary "fad diet". I hope I can stick it out for one more day and then I can eat normal for 4 days. I can do it!!! I really need to do it if I want ot keep wearing the clothes in my closet!

Best wishes. But for most of here this isn't a temporary "fad diet" of the moment, but a serious lifestyle change. For some it is Atkins, others Weight Watchers, etc. If you want to keep weight off permanently and need help long-term this is the place to be! I've been here 14 months and it's no passing thing! glenn :)

I think you should really read the Atkins book if you think this is a fad diet. Induction is only the first phase of the diet and the later phases transition you to great food choices and a well-rounded diet. I believe it is important to understand the diet you are doing even if only doing it for a short amount of time. Good luck!
