Tbku 150kg aja ka huftt
Olahraganya okahraga ringan dlm seminggu jalan 3 hari , misal : rabu, jumat, sabtu ..
Pokoknya dlm seminggu hrs olahrga
Btw ak diet ganti nasi, nasinya diganti umbi"an, kentang atau jagung

Mulai dietnya sejak bulan mei 2020 sd hari ini, malah adh jd lifestyle 😂 alhamdulillah, semangat ya semua semangat hidup sehat & bonus langsing hehe
