Im back to my food diary. Weight been creeping up, but still in my range. I always do better when I enter my food. Cause it really reminds me of the portions that are the killer. Plus its the holidays and I have challenges ahead.

94.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
