i know i know!i said yesterday that i was going to lay back from the journals due to time consumption, but gosh darn it, you people are the best bud's i have in this journey-i'm addicted to ya!8-) alas,i must get up though-i have a butt to bust.hehe!

Yes! Fat Secret is addicting! It is also VERY motivational! Not for long you don't - have a "butt" - that is! Before long you will have a little butt. We will not be able to sing that old hip-hop tune "I like big butts and I can not lie . . . "

thats true..fs is addicting..but eventually you gotta get up an get some exercise in...you can do this..just decide when the best time to do the exercise an then you have the rest of the time to click an read...lol...
