Tiring weekend. Went to play Saturday, loved play but also these monstrous brownies they serve there.
Busy around house Sunday.
Not too sure how I gained THREE pounds: that's about 10,000 extra calories in a week, and I just did not eat that much. Pork chop recipe was salty so that may be it.
Goal: smaller meals, fewer snacks, drink water.
