Today I broke my overnight fast with Chia pudding. I recently learned of this food and have been enjoying it. Yesterday I was back in the yard cutting back shrubs and hauling them to the curb for pickup. Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF ↓ 0.1% / BW ↓ 0.8#

I have been eating it several days a week since I learned about it here. It's so easy to prepare and has a decent amount of protein. It's been a great addition to my breakfast choices...

how have you been making it? I tried it once but it was too thick. maybe not enough liquid or too long in the fridge before I ate it.

Joelmel. Yeah it takes awhile to find the consistency you like. You can always add more liquid and stir it up again and put it back in the fridge. I probably use around 1:4 ration and stir mine up quite a bit until it stats to thicken to get a good idea of how it will turn about.

Joelmel I also use the four tlbs of chia seeds to one cup of whole milk. I actually like mine on the thicker side. The amount of seed and milk are important but can be adjusted to achieve the texture you like. Here's a link I found helpful... https://www.eatingbirdfood.com/basic-chia-seed-pudding/
