Well I've been good during the week so I can relax on the weekends, at least for one night. I was hoping to be 135 by Thanksgiving but it doesn't look like it's going to happen. I'm exercising at least 2 times a week though I try to get in 3 or 4 days usually. This week was tough with the children's schedule and activities. I was trying not to splurge since we'll be hanging out with friends this evening which I know will entail eating and drinking but the school cafeteria was offering a Thanksgiving lunch. I was weak and purchased it. It was so delicious to eat! I thoroughly enjoyed each bite of candied yam and stove top stuffing! I limited my portions though to approx. 1/4 cup of each. The apple crisp should have been a complete no-no but if you've ever had my school's apple crisp you'd nod, sympathetically understanding how I just could not resist. And I was doubly bad because instead of eating only half the bowl I devoured the whole thing. I am wondering how all these carbs/sugars are going to affect my stomach though, and hoping it doesn't! Guess all i can do is cut my losses and try to exercise both Saturday and Sunday as well as every day next week! Here is wishing Happy Thanksgiving and good luck to you all!
