I have gained like 16lbs or more since I joined this site last year. Right now my periods are irregular because of obesity and PCOS. I only have one when induced by a Provera hormone pill which I take every other month. This is not exactly the picture of ideal health, as we all know. Since my period is so heavy I cannot exercise today, like I attempted to begin to get back to again a few days before this period began. Tonight I have Church so I will find support there. Also, I see my Pdoc today and that will make me feel better.

Its these emails from Fatsecret that make me try. 80lbs to go shows up in my inbox now and then, and although I don't always act on my intentions, I am reminded of my goal. Thank you Fatsecret for being there!!! :)

I am going to start anew. AGAIN. But we all must pick up where we left off now and then. I can at least watch what I eat for now! :)

Hi Cagednomore Do you need some motivation or help with your diet? You seem a little demotivated. If that's you on the photo you are gorgeous!! If I can loose weight so can you girl!! Cut the pizza, waffles, Danish, in fact anything with sugar. It is very bad for your diabetes. Try it for a week and just see how it goes. I got my husband to cut his sugar intake by half and he has lost 3 kg in the last 6 weeks. This is a record for him as he has not lost any weight in the last 5 years. Try to log everything you eat on the diet calendar. It truly does help. You are welcome to look at mine if you want. Good luck and shout if I or anyone else here can help. Nicky
