I've been pretty good about my exercise and managed to workout for my 30 minutes a day everyday except for the colonoscopy day. I have my appointment on Friday with my dietitian. I'm still hoping for good numbers but not sure how good they will be since I had good numbers on my visit to the hospital last Friday. Being very hopeful and good wishes to all my buddies.

Great that your are being consistent about your exercise program :) Don't they say if you do something for 30 days it becomes a habit? Also will be nice to see a dietitian, good luck with that!
