So, i've lost around 45 pounds sooo happy !! but lost them in a considerably long period of time 7 months ! ,,, i'm planning a vacation in April so i would love to lose another 50 pounds (will not be at my goal weight yet but its gonna be epic !)... I wonder if i can lose 50 pounds in 4 months ! i started exercising three times a week for 40 mins, elliptical machine, Dumbbells, even the ball to sculpt the body ,,, can't wait to reach 70 kg ! before i travel !
