Fighting temptation but decided on popcorn 🍿

if you on eating popcorn then there is no point in dieting , I legit stopped all sugar ect on day one , really not that difficult, your either gonna do it or not

Nothing wrong with popcorn its full of fibre that will keep you full. The only thing that matters is that you are in a calorie deficit.

I would suggest trying to air pop it as the oil will add calories

Hey Tam 💟 Thank you, am feel a whole lot better but still haven't exercised and its almost 3 weeks Need to go back to where i was before i stopped and im finding it a bit difficult!!! My niece is in Poland, so im still shopping around before sending the goodies away
