So for family dinner last night we went to Patxi's, the deep dish Chicago pizza place I have been obsessing about never being able to eat at again. I got there first and ordered an antipasto plate - prosciutto and other meats, two cheese and olives. Between that and the salad I ordered... I actually didn't want pizza at all. I took one little bite of sauce and cheese but it really wasn't what I wanted. So, despite the occasional brain trigger of "WANT THAT", my body is really happy with my WOE and I am not tempted when the temptation arises. I am amazed and bemused... but glad.
