Got up this morning and did a 5k distance in 35 minutes. I am going to sign up for a 5k that is in January, so I have a goal on my calendar for workouts. :) When I got home I worked in the yard trimming bushes and cleaning out the front planters. Now it is time to get groceries and do homework for the rest of the day. Happy Sunday!!!!!

Wow great job! When my husband was younger, he ran 5k's in 16 minutes. I couldn't imagine doing that. But whoo hooo for you!

Wow - are you running the 5K? must be...although I know you are quite a fast and powerful walker.
