Bumbu Halus :
1 siung bawang merah
1 siung bawang putih
Sedikit kemiri (sedikit aja 1 bulat bisa di bagi 10x)
cabai rawit (sesuai selera aja)
Isiannya :
15 grm kerupuk seblak (yg merah buat nasi uduk) di rendem air panas sampe setengah lunak
10grm makaroni (ini bebas mau pake atau gk)
50gr bakso sapi
25gr udang kupas kecil
50gr dada ayam
1 butir telur
1 butir putih telur
150grm sayuran (aku pakai bangkuang, tauge, selada lalap)
1 sdt garam
1sdt penyedap
