30 lbs!!!!!!
I am ecstatic! 1/3rd of the way there! I feel so much healthier already, it's wonderful :)
I've added ADAPT training 4x a week for an hour each 2 of which are strength training. I've also added a centergy class on Saturdays after Zumba, I didn't realize how helpful a Pilates workout can be when added to your normal routine, I highly recommend it! I am overjoyed, and soooo grateful to all my supportive friends here, I don't think I could have made it this far without you guys!
