Ok.. kinda back on the game...I had an overwhelming urge for a candy cane today. I am not normally very fond of candy canes..I think they must send subliminal messages through the tv and internet...hahahahh.

I only got one good workout in today, but I am going to Yoga tonight.

I probably don't need to eat dinner tonight...as I totally pigged out on pizza last night.

I put my incremental goals on my bio page today so I can keep things in perspective...I have a long ways to go, but I have made good progress and am doing this the right way...slow and smart.

I feel pretty good about things today.. much better than a couple of days ago...I am always mistified by how much difference a day makes in your head. If you can just get through the bad moments without completely caving in, you can live to see another weight loss.
