Just finished a great out with hubby. 27 minutes on treadmill @ 3 mph
and 20 minutes of universal & free weights. My BMF indicates I had 23 minutes of moderate exercise and 33 minutes of vigorous exercise today (so far) will record all that tomorrow am.

Scallops and spinach for dinner.....YUMMO!!!!
