i'm going to start weighing myself every day instead of just once a week, since i record what i eat on a day-to-day basis and not a weekly basis. maybe this will help me make connections between the two.

almost below 200.
91.1 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

I think you are wise to weigh daily vs weekly. If you weigh daily you become aware of the flucuations that are normal on a day to day basis, but if you only weigh once a week you may weigh on a high flucuation day and think you are gaining when in reality you are not.. It is also a good way to make yourself accountable and you can pull back if you start to see consistant weight increases... good luck :)
