I think you are wise to weigh daily vs weekly. If you weigh daily you become aware of the flucuations that are normal on a day to day basis, but if you only weigh once a week you may weigh on a high flucuation day and think you are gaining when in reality you are not..
It is also a good way to make yourself accountable and you can pull back if you start to see consistant weight increases...
