thanks guys! i did do mild exercises,but i was still unsteady on my feet,and it took a while for my legs to stop shaking. i was also still losing my form when i did them which is what i had started doing when my doc told me to stop exercising to begin with. i'm kinda laying back for now just doing major house work. everything from cleaning the oven to polishing all the cabinets in the house-gotta stay busy! but i am feeling much much better! thank you all so much for your prayers and support-especially you beth! muah!
