Updated: I really wasn't feeling that ambitious today, but I finally made it to the gym around 8pm tonight. Wasn't up to doing weights tonight, so I just focused on cardio. Once I got going it was easier to stay moving. I burned 600 calories!! Hopefully, this will pay off next time I weigh in. I'm back to work tomorrow. I'm going to pack my lunch now, so I'm not tempted to pick up fast food. Also, going to get ingredients ready for a new recipe I found in Oxygen magazine. Hoping to adapt it to crock pot so dinner will be ready and waiting for me when I get home. Yay!!
I actually made it to the gym yesterday. I ate well and wasn't starving at the end of the night. I really need to work on finding something to snack on mid-day. I get busy and forget to eat and then I overeat at dinner time. Small changes...
