Really ruined my diet last night after making a pig of myself at Applebee's; just goes to show that one should never skip meals. Course that wasn't my fault, more like my boyfriends, who insisted that we spend the day washing up one of his cars so that we couldn't stop for lunch because he wanted it done. I really need to get back on track with my food & exercise before I gain back what I have managed to loss. Thinking of joining the local gym & working on my strength training, to help get me back on track.
