So today I was able to get in an hour workout. I have not made the best choices in food today, but I am still under on my calorie count.
I am going to be up super early tomorrow, so I will work out in the afternoon.
Got a bunch of house keeping done today. I will be trying to plan meals for the weekend hopefully tomorrow. That will be a good goal.
