Just as I thought my weight has gone down again :) I didn't exercise yesterday or today ...was busy running around and just felt like giving my body a rest. Tomorrow I will be doing the bridge again so that is 5.35 miles :) I try to get in at least 15 miles a week of jogging/walking/cycling. It is going to be around 70 degrees so perfect day. Wed it is supposed to be cold here..high is only 49 degrees...so I"m trying to get my outdoor stuff done tomorrow.

I went to the DR today for blood test to make sure everything is functioning properly...should have the results back on Wed. Otherwise I'm happy with everything...this is my last week of maintenance for HCG..meaning my metabolism should be stabilized (not scared that I"m going to starve to death). My body is used to the 1300 cal a day (I'm probably going to start stretching it to 1500) and even though I'm still sensitive to eating out, the scale isn't freaking out like it did the first week.

Best of all I've still been losing weight (which makes sense since I've been exercising and watching my calories...but I wasn't sure if I would or not). I think I will make my ten pound goal (215) before Thanksgiving...right now I only have two pounds to go and a week and half to lose them.

Thank you all again for your support...even when I was whining about my .1 lb gain (Wayne). I've still got 20 lbs to go before I hit onederland (and can fit into most of my clothes), but I am getting there and your support has helped me keep going!!!!

You've still got twenty pounds to go?? Nooooo, you're saying it all wrong. You're only twenty pounds away from onederland!!!! You've already lost twenty pounds once, what's twenty more?! You're doing just fine, enjoy you're outdoor workouts. I officiallyhave snow on the ground and highs of like 40. Enjoy your nice weather a little more for me :-)

Hey you and I are about in the same place weight wise, I too am wanting to get to onderland...my goal is by Christmas. I know we both can do it....and we are going to have a great new year. Keep up the great job you are doing. I'm getting ready to have breakfast and work out.

Great job! Sometimes all the body needs is a rest! How do you plan on "handling" Thanksgiving? Indulge for one day, taste everything but in small portions, avoid completely?

I've actually lost 30 lbs since Sept 25...yeah I know i"m amazing :) So what's another 20 lbs...lol. @Sharing...I don't think I will make onderland by the end of the year...I hope to be close (205), but I just don't want that pressure around Christmas...if I want a cookie or a bit of stuffing I'm going to eat it. @Munchies, my plan for T-Day is to have a bit of everything I like...which may just be a couple of bites or may be a normal serving. I'm going to get up early that day ride my bike...get in a jog and not worry about what I eat...one day didn't make me fat before and it won't this time. Thank you guys again for all the support...gotta finish my brunch then get to the bridge....can't wait :) Oh and be careful in all the snow and ice (yuck...I can't imagine it)

You are doing great!! I have a niece that is down in Jacksonville NC, and she loves to tease us on how much warmer it is there!! She just came "home" last week to be here for Thanksgiving. She got her snow this morning, so I know she's happy about that!! BTW, I LOVE your new profile pic!!! Keep up your awesome work !!!
