How nice it looks. How do you spice your veggiebolognese? I never get it right. Congratulations, you have passed your goal 52kg!!!  

@alvanca. This time I used texturizes soy protein (hot Water, vegetable stock for about 3 minutes then take water out), for the sauce I use tomato paste concentrate, a bit of soy sauce as it makes a bit more salty and give a bit more color. But either than that do not hurry a bolognese sauce.  

Thank you. I will try it. I got inspired to loose the last 10kg also. I thought i got to the goal but still tje calculator call me obese and its through my belly is still 10cm away from healtjy even if i lost 20kg. My problem is that i freeze so i ate to much fat but now i can find warmer cloths. Thank you

@vampiremamii jag har precis flyttade till Sverige, så byta jag mitt region till SE, I assume you have SE region too :) 

@alvacasa despite the calculator, or the measuring tape, how do you feel ? If you will feel good withe 10kg less, Keep at it, take your time! Are you vegetarian? I eat mostly vegetarian, but I have to very careful otherwise my macros are only Carbs and fat. I freeze too, but as they say in Sweden there is no bad weather only bad clothes right :) 

Yes :) I live outside jönköping :) where did you move from?:) We are planning on moving to Canada very soon actually:) 

Nice. I moved from Germany. Canada is nice, but I think t can be very very different in different provinces! Good luck.
