Gained almost a pound over the last week or so. I’m surprised it’s not more. I got off of my routine after my pain block. Especially, with it not working any better than it did. I’ll get back on a routine. Maybe this will just start my weight loss. I had gotten a little stuck and seemed I wasn’t loosing any more. Tomorrow’s another day!!!
