1.1less, I'll take it! Still haven't decoded my body's overnight reqs. But, anticipate some key adjustments later this week, so we'll see. Lotsa veges. Not quite as much beef as i prefer. Feel my bod shifting & muscles remaining solid, that is, consistent in performance. Hip still hurts from Nov 12, 2017 but getting to my ideal weight + upcoming adjustments should help big time (no pun intended, LOL).
