Ugh...had a weak moment last night with chips and cream cheese. :( That stuff is HIGH in calories. Man! Bummer! It showed on the scale today!. :(
106.5 kg Lost so far: 28.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
