Jillian04's Journal, 02 Dec 10

Well the scale is looking good. I am an obsessive compulsive scale checker and check constantly but I will only record once a week, and use that to follow my loss.
So far I have lost 2 pounds, which I expected to lose fairly quickly since I have gained a few pounds quickly and they haven't had time to settle. I feel healthier everyday which is wonderful and I'm feeling better in some of my clothes.
I made baked french toast for my boyfriend yesterday and had a peice when I know I shouldn't have but I accounted for every bite. In the past this is where I would usually give up, but that's the great thing about weight watchers, I just have to count the points and it fit in my day :)

I know what you mean, I get on the scale everyday, and sometimes it starts my day off great, and sometimes it starts my day off horribly! I can gain 5 pounds in two days, which I'm sure is water weight, or something connected to that time of the month, but it drives me nuts! I also eat a lot of salt, so I'm sure that doesn't help. I've learned not to beat myself up when the scale changes day to day, if your clothes are fitting you better, that's how to gauge.
