Birthday weekend with family and boat show. Dinner out every night. So I didn't stick to the calories but I did do my birthday half marathon and went for a long walk both days. Boat show weekend so that didn't help either - lots of parties. Steve flies out tomorrow morning and I have Ft. Laud 13.1 this weekend so I should be able to get back on track. Contractors at the house working on the back deck - laying tile and making a huge mess. Weighed myself this morning and I am back up 2 pounds. Hopefully that comes off fast and I don't lose too much ground.
