So I am addicted to weighing in, every day. I should probably not do it but I feel like I am missing vital information if I don't do it. It makes me happy to see the small increments and I feel encouraged when I see the half pound losses, though I'm equally frustrated when I see the half pound gains. My husband keeps saying to weigh only once a week. I could never do that. It would be like teasing myself! I find that I keep on track with dieting and exercising better if I can see how it's affecting me. I just wish I had remembered to take measurements when I started so I could use that as well.
