Today is fast day and I am getting used to eating certain foods, my hunger in the afternoons is not as much as it used to be. I will have my oatmeal for breakfast, but I do not have any fruit. Today I will go without fruit until I go to the store. I am also exercising, it seems that since I started exercising i have not been loosing weight, just staying the same. I am not sure why.
