Totally blew the diet aspect tonight. Especially late at night- guess I'm eating my feelings. I just want to write this memo to myself to remember to record lunch and dinner and snack since I missed doing that during the day. (Homemade coleslaw, turkey salad, tortilla, turkey and butternut squash stew, cranberry sauce, green beans, turkey salad again- (ate it for lunch, dinner, and snack O_o), tuna salad, and some pistachios).

Just to kvetch, I cook a lot. I don't know the nutritional content of the food I make per se. It's a royal pain to try to calculate via individual ingredients, but I don't really have too many options. That and I wish I weren't so disorganized that dinner took 2 and a half hours to make (on average- sometimes longer) ...:-(
