Screwed up last week, that time of the month, and I ate way too much of my mock cheesecake treat....it's comprised of induction acceptable foods, but in the amount I ate was way too much cheese...I knew it, just couldn't stop myself :(
110.2 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
