Well I am about to run and walk I did research 44% of Americans are obese, 70% are overweight the average 5’9”waist size is 40 for adult males and 196 lbs in their 20’s yes overweight I am but I wear 34 never 40 at 213 now yes I’m an old fuck at 61 oh women average 171 at 5’4” waist size 38
I am driving towards 5’ 10” 173lbs but 187 lbs will do and doable yes the BMI calculator is honest and is my drill Sargent
