So I've been forcing myself to exercise at least twice a week, three times if i can help it, for at least 30 minutes. I'm sore, tired and discouraged because I've been doing the exercising for the whole month of October as well as watching what I eat and following Atkins really well, outside of the one weekend where we had a wedding. Still to lose only 2 lbs, ugh, really makes me frustrated. I'm going to keep my head down though and continue doing the exercise and following Atkins through the month of November. Hopefully I'll be 135 by the end of November. I don't think that 4 lbs is a lot to hope for in one month.
