I will try not to freak at the doctor's scale. Have the measuring tape. I will remember that this is a journey not a one time weigh in. I will be thankful for the support system I have here on Fatsecret and others. I will not reward myself with food but will do something else to show that I don't need this past reward. Stars on a chart, trip to the zoo, walk in the park, new exercise dvd. I will thank God for my newfound freedom of saying no and not letting others tell me what I should put in my body. I will seek to help others in their journey because I choose to pay it forward.

I am sure the Drs scale will be kind, you are doing great how can it not be? I always reward myself with non-food rewards as well, books, movies etc are always nice.
