I was at a plateau for about a month, maintaining a weight of 129, but on Thanksgiving I took a "boot camp" class at my gym and I didn't pig out on thanksgiving dinner, and I swear that class jump started my metabolism, because today, Monday after Thanksgiving I am down 3 lbs!!! I truly believe in "tricking" our bodies with different workouts and even different eating once in a while!
