Totally agree with this article and it corresponds to many of the studies I have come across over the last month...enjoy the read.


Oh yeah made a frittata with kale tonight...have to say I'm digging kale..think I might try just eating it on its own..sauteed in some olive oil with garlic..yum

So funny you made this post- just stumbled across The Corn Refiners Association website - SweetSurprise dot com. Excuse my language in advance, f***ing unadulterated lies and bullshit. Unbelievable the crap they claim there. High fructose corn syrup is EVIL - it is NOT the same as cane sugar, as they claim. Thanks for the website. People really have to be their own advocate for nutrition, fitness (and everything else, really) in this day and age.

After reading wayne's comment, I know I won't go there. Just angers me beyond belief they've been messing with nature and us for years, poisoning us and making us ill. All in the name of the almighty $.
