Week 18: Nov. 29, 2010 Weight: 193.2 Loss this week: -0.2 Total loss: -22
I was down 0.2 this week. With Thanksgiving and two very high calorie days this week. . . I will take a loss :) even a small one.
Now I have 2 weeks to lose 3.4 pounds (to make my birthday goal weight.) I have been trending -1.25 pounds a week so I will have to kick it up a notch to make it. I think I can stay focused if I have plenty of diet soda to keep me busy and away from snacking. Work has kept me busy too.
I am just pleased to see -22 pounds, even though it has taken 18 weeks it has been worth it.
