223.6 for a second day...I'll take it ...as long as the scale isn't moving up I'm good. Jogged for 20 minutes today and I'm exhausted...it is taking me 14-15 mins to do a mile...OMG. I used to be able to do a mile in 11-12 mins...I realize that isn't awesome either, but heck it looks like I'm barely crawling here...though I feel like I'm pushing myself like crazy. I know I have to build up my speed and endurance again. Plus I'm still kind of worn out from the last two days...my muscles are sore. That is good!!

I think I might be a bit sensitive to cheese... I didn't eat much (just some in the frittata) on Mon and none yesterday and my weight seems to have calmed down. I guess I will just have a bit of cheese here and there (cause I LOVE cheese and can't give it up)...might make another Frittata today...the last one was so yummy. I bought Kale so i will try it.

I made a pineapple upside down cake for my pops last night...I replaced sugar with stevia and the flour with almond meal. The stevia part went okay, but the almond meal was a total flop...he said it gave it a bitter taste. Next time I will just use the flour...

Well I've got an eye appt...hope y'all have a happy and healthy day!!

Oh yeah me and the friend are talking...she was just frustrated that we could never catch up....

This is us last year diving the SS Thistlegorm (Red Sea, Egypt)..

Your muscles are probably happy they aren't atrophying anymore. So glad you got through that tough phase and that you are able to enjoy food, exercise, and friends again. You can tell just from the tone of your journals that your mental and emotional spirits are up again. Hope you have a great day! :)

Mmmm...cheese...lol, now I want some cheese...LOVE that picture of you and your friend, I think it's so gorgeous. This should make you feel good, I am beyond impressed that you are jogging and working out, you see that it's taking you so long to do a mile, it would take me ten times that amount of time, lol, seriously! I think you're doing wonderfully! I'm sorry to hear about the almond meal being a flop in that cake, I've never tried it before, I have heard others say it lends a bitter taste. I'm sure he appreciated it, regardless :)
