Protien protien protien... I need more.. It is such a strugle to get 202g of protien in me daily.. I have yet been able to get more then 100g..😔

It is in my macros.. 1604 kcal 202grams protien 77grams carbs and 55grams fat... Idk why... Just trying to follow my macros.. I mean still losing without making it to 202grams..

I could never, ever get to 202 grams of protein. I struggle to get between 40-60

I am on a calories deficit of 1604. My macros are carbs 77g= 19.3% Protien 204g= 50.7% Fat 54g=30%
