Back down a pound today...looks like these next couple of weeks are going to be rocky (up and down, up and down). Yesterday I eased up on the food...tried to eat like I was on the "diet", but in larger quantities and it seems to have worked. I didn't even make it to 1000 calories...it is hard to eat that much food now..I get full way quicker. I am happy to report that I can eat avocado with no adverse effects :) I think I will have avocado tuna salad for lunch today...woohoo!! I'm still going to have to be careful with the cheese, butter, and mayo...I think one of those items caused me to go up the other day. Moderation in dairy should work.

Also exercised yesterday...did 5.25 miles jogging/walking the bridge and it was hard...I can't believe how out of shape I've gotten over the last couple of weeks. I'm actually sore today...I'm NEVER sore when I do the bridge. I've got to be retaining water and was scared to weigh myself this morning, but I"m so glad I didn't gain (or I would've had to do a steak day..sigh). Going to take it easy and go on a bike ride today.

So far so good...got in 5.5 miles on my bike, but I was super slow today...my legs are still sore from yesterday...lol. Tomorrow I will only jog a couple of miles on the treadmill..take it easy.
