Let me know if you figure out how to do it. I need some serious re-motivation. You can do cantaloupe instead of oranges or RW Knudsens morning blend juice. There is also a juice called Hollywood 48 Miracle diet out there. I know Walmart carries it.

I think i will look for the Hollwood 48 stuff. I just am really having a hard time controlling my cravings and getting all the food in. I have put on about 12 pounds since the center closed. It is really frustrating because I know they really didn't do anything but for some reason that weekly accountability was really good for me.

I am up 13 pounds from my lowest weight and I am still going to the center........now you tell me what is wrong with the whole deal. Really wondering if there are other people like me out there. I skipped weigh ins this week thus far because this is so discouraging.....and they supposedly are the experts. I am not giving them any more of my money, really they should pay me for their breach of contract. I followed it almost to a T up until a few months ago............I don't usually go eat fast food, pizza, cake, candy or anything. My body is now so sensitive that if I eat anything off plan I automatically gain weight........Hope it works for you!!!

My body is also very sensitve. If I eat anything off plan, I put the weight back on and now I am really struggling with the carb cravings so i know that I am eating more than I think I am eating. I need to start a food diary again. I never received my maintenance plan so who knows... I called corp. to get it but of course they wanted me to join La to go and I just don't think that will work for me because I need the accountability of being weighed by someone. I think I am going to join Weight Watchers on Monday (the next meeting for my area) I just don't want to get back to where I was and I am definitely heading back. I wonder if sometime we don't sabtoge ourselves.

Ok so I want to know how we can really gain 5 pounds in one week? I understand it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound. Even with not staying on plan there is no way I am eating 3500 calories over plan every day. I have been gaining one pound every day for the last five or so days.......I am going to post my visit with the center manager in my journal later........I am confused and so is my body. I think I am in serious relapse and I need help, just not quite sure how and where to get it.
