I feel as tho I am bust starving myself😕

Let’s see how we can help you out as a community! 💛 Weight loss needs to be a sustainable lifestyle change, otherwise you’ll just pick it right back up and go on binges... and perhaps even end up worse

I’m currently following the Atkins diet and follow my 3 meals a day at specific times. And very small portion sizes. I have however dropped 3kgs in surprisingly 7 days? so that’s a positive😊 I have now avoided second helpings and getting use to that but it’s probably my body that’s trying to adapt to the new life style.
