You are going through allot of med balancing & adjustments.
That's rough when you aren't trying to change your way of eating.

Thank you! I bought a container of cherry tomatoes and pop one or two in when I get the munchies. Also stared drinking chaga tea from Alaska. I'm feeling a little better!
