A spicy salad! Trying to fill up my tum with yum today.

That looks really good, Moozsha😋. You are going through allot of med balancing & adjustments. That's rough when you aren't trying to change your way of eating. God will help you through this. A couple more weeks and you will be on key. In my prayers for sure. Have a Great day!

Thank you! I bought a container of cherry tomatoes and pop one or two in when I get the munchies. Also stared drinking chaga tea from Alaska. I'm feeling a little better!
