I am so very happy with my progress so far!.On Monday the 21st of oct,I weighed in at 295lbs, so I deceided to start my induction phase again but this time around it would be more hardcore. No fruits,cheese sweetners,salad dressing.I just focus on iceberg lettuce,broccoli and lean proteins with coconut oil.I am already down 9 lbs so far!!!!,like this is just my fifth day... Ohh wowww. Huge loss. I am proud of my self completely. If you really follow the veggies, healthy fats and lean protein style, you will definately lose weight pretty quickly.
