So i gave in and went out yesterday to eat Chinese buffet. Sigh. I just cannot eat boring food without some sort of a reward sometimes... so i went out and ate. and true enough i regretted it after i came home.
Good thing is, i only put on .4 lbs so today i ate mostly vegetables that were cooked without any fat added. Feel good about this.. even though i havent lost any weight this week.
