so i have an appt. with a diabetes nutrionist becase i am on this weight loss program thru them and at my 1st appt on the 13th it said my weight was 259 so using the same scale i cant wait to see what it saysbc if i realy am losing this much i will be so happy!! the appt. isnt until tuesday but still no reason i cant be so excited....
so i am going to keep on doing what i am doing so i can be happier and healthier.... yeah baby
