Thanks alexzwk, I have been stuck for a while and then to blow it was awful. I am on track back to where I had been at. I just hate having to lose the same pounds over and over again. Seems like a waste of energy.

Alex is right, a long process with many slip ups. At least it was only the weekend, do you remember my slip up from august until September lol. I'm sure you didn't consume enough to put on any real pounds, the water should shed easily. It's a new day :-)
