I have 15 lbs to go, and I will weight 270lbs. Here are my mini goals weights, with no specific deadlines... becuase deadlines set me up for failure.... most of the time.
290- Starting weight
270-
250-
230-
210-
190-
170-

If I can get to 170 lbs and keep it off- I will be happy... for now.
I am quite excited that I have dropped 5 lbs. Wish me Luck!!!

Also... I pigged out over the weekend- but not as bad as I could have.
I also worked out 4x last week. Better than I have in a while. I am trying to keep calorie consumption around 2,000 kcals for now.

Last night Josh and I opted out of the buffett. The AMAZING buffet.

We went to a diner instead.

I got a side salad no crutons fat free ranch dressing.
I got a toasted bun, with about 8 oz or less grilled chicken breast (I only ate 1/2). I asked for mayo on the side and ate about 1/2 of what they gave me. I also ate all the veggies it came with: Onions, lettuce, tomatos, and pickles. I ate Josh's veggie's since he hates them. (lol) I also took 3 fries from him. Then after we walked around the gaming floor, I had a coffee and a 1/4th of an oreo brownine. Josh ate his brownie and the rest of mine.

So I had a good day... and Josh is happy with his decision, which is fine- it's nice to have someone there to eat my leftovers. :)

I hope this gives you the confidence to know that you CAN control your weight & the choices aren't nearly as difficult as people think! Sound like you did awesome. Keep up the good work girl!!
